My journey began at Advanced Massage Therapeutics, where I practiced while also serving as a teaching assistant for six years. Dedicated to supporting overall well-being, I have invested in extensive advanced training throughout my career. This specialized education allows me to bring an experienced, highly skilled approach to therapeutic massage, holistic wellness, and TMD / TMJ disorders—earning a reputation for providing some of the most effective TMJ relief in Louisville.

I specialize in targeted, therapeutic techniques, including:
TMD / TMJ Therapy: Specialized intraoral and extraoral jaw work to relieve clenching, headaches, and facial tension.
Therapeutic & Deep Tissue Massage: Evidence-based soft tissue work and focused, deep pressure to relieve chronic tension.
K-Taping (Kinesiology Taping): Strategic tape application to support joints, improve circulation, and prolong the benefits of your massage.

Sessions are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins.
First Appointment
To reserve your first appointment, payment is required in advance. This helps us secure your appointment time and provide the best experience possible.
Cancellation Policy
At Healing Roots, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to every client. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients, we kindly request a 24-hour notice for cancellations. This helps us maintain our therapists’ schedules and offers opportunities for those in need of last-minute care.
If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or if a client does not attend their appointment, the full session fee will apply. We understand that emergencies happen, and we appreciate your understanding as our therapists have the discretion to offer grace in such situations.

Gift Certificates & Packages
All gift certificates and session packages have a one-year expiration from the date of purchase.
To avoid forfeiting your gift certificate or session, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for rescheduling or cancellations.
